What is Syndicate?
Syndicate is a curated marketplace for exceptional indie designers and archivists. It exists as its own website right now, but sometime in the near future it will merge directly into Silk for a fully social shopping experience.

Orders/Shipping
Syndicate is not liable for damaged, stolen, or lost packages — this includes missed deliveries or failure to pick up parcels before being returned to the sender.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped directly from sellers using their own choice of courier, meaning the dispatch time varies. Please refer to the product page of the item you’re purchasing for an accurate delivery estimate. Expect additional processing time on made-to-order items.
Where do you ship from/to?
Orders are shipped directly from sellers located all over the globe. Most ship worldwide.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates for items are set by designers, they vary from seller to seller.
How will I know my order is shipped?
You will be notified via email of your tracking # and courier.
Can I exchange my order?
Because of the small-batch and made-to-order nature of our items, we do not offer exchanges. Please be sure to carefully read and assess the sizing options before purchasing.
Can I cancel my order?
For made-to-order items, orders can only be canceled if the designer has not entered into the creation phase. For items that are ready-to-ship, there will be no cancellations after a shipping label has been made.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds at this time, all items are final sale.

We do our best to restock popular items and love to hear your feedback on what you’d like to see return. Please contact lexi@silkno.de for all restock inquiries.
Is there a size chart?
Please contact the designer for accurate sizing if it’s not listed on the product page.
Will you offer more sizes?
Our sizes available reflect our up-to-date stock, designers may choose to expand their size range as they grow.
